Dust off your beret & join the Sausalito Historical Society for an evening of Jazz, wine, beer, bongos, coffee & poetry to celebrate the opening of its latest exhibit November 20th, at the Bay Model:
The Sausalito Renaissance & the Birth of Mid-Century Modern in Sausalito.
The Artists, Poets & Impresarios of the Late 1940s
One drink and all food is included with your ticket. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.Drinks will include wine, beer, Irish coffees, and Firehouse coffee drinks.
We will have a "word jazz" poetry reading beginning at 7:30, and music scattered through the evening.
Be Hip, put on your black turtleneck, trim that goatee, and be cool. It’s time for a beatnik party. Word Jazz! Poetry! Wine! Eats! Split your pad, fire up your lead sled and come to the Firehouse. Lets have a swinging time. You Dig?

You must be 21 or older to attend.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Lot #4 on the bay side of Bridgeway between Johnson and Ensign St, is FREE after 6pm
Parking is free between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. at a metered space
