Join our docent-led walking tour to uncover Sausalito’s rich history! Discover its beginnings as a maritime and transportation hub. Hear tales of "Salty" Sausalito, a bohemian haven for artists, writers, and musicians. 

Highlights include: 

·        See the foundation of William Randolph Hearst’s first castle 

·        Learn about its 1903 fully electric railroad

·        Hear stories of gamblers, smugglers, & the famous San Francisco madam who became Sausalito’s mayor

·        Discover its iconic music history: where Fleetwood Mac, Prince, Carrie Underwood & others recorded albums

What to Expect: 

·        Walk approximately 1 mile on level ground (wheelchair accessible)

·        Dress for 55–70°F weather

·        Plan for 90-minute parking

·        Limited to 10 guests
